One of our rooms had a free upgrade to a suite with jacuzzi, free minibar etc. No extra cost. Very friendly staff. Huge choice of excellent quality items in breakfast buffet.
Bar very busy, couldn't sit down - but it was Bank Holiday.

The room was a nice size with balcony, the bed was comfortable. The overall atmosphere was quiet, however some staff members were a little noisy. The location was quiet for traveling around Etxalar, just off the ferry port.
The bathroom was very small.

The modern and spacious room on the second floor offered breathtaking views of the river and hills. I especially enjoyed the balcony, which allowed me to soak in the natural beauty every morning. The hotel had friendly and efficient staff who were able to speak English. the rooms were large and modern, with air conditioning and balconies offering great views of the surrounding river and hills. the set dinner was perfect with many options to choose from and included free wine and bread. the service was incredibly efficient and the food was beautifully prepared and cooked.
On arrival, there was a delay in checking in as the bar staff seemed to ignore us. the room we were given this time was not as nice as before, being noisy and stuffy due to the roadside location.
